What ADA Title II, Section 508, and WCAG 2.1 AA Mean for Your Website
If your organization serves the public, contracts with a federal agency, or accepts federal funding, your website is almost certainly within scope of one or more accessibility regulations.

ADA Title II
The Department of Justice’s 2024 final rule requires state and local government entities to make their websites and mobile apps compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA1.
HHS Section 504
Healthcare organizations that receive federal funding must meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA by May 11, 2026.
Section 508
Federal agencies, and most contractors that sell to them, are required to provide accessible information and communication technology, with WCAG 2.0 AA as the baseline.
1In April 2026, the DOJ extended the deadlines. Public entities with populations of 50,000 or more must comply by April 26, 2027. Smaller entities and special districts must comply by April 26, 2028.

Accessibility Audits & Remediation
We start with a free automated WCAG 2.1 audit so you can see your current standing in minutes. From there, our in-house team handles everything an automated tool cannot. That includes manual expert review, screen reader and keyboard testing, code-level remediation (we do not use overlay widgets), accessibility statements, and VPAT or ACR documentation for procurement files. We can scope a one-time remediation project or an ongoing monitoring engagement, depending on what your organization needs.
Custom Web Design, Accessible by Default
Most websites are inaccessible because accessibility was an afterthought. We design and build the opposite way. WCAG 2.1 AA is baked into our design system, our component library, and our QA process. That means semantic HTML, proper heading structure, real color contrast, full keyboard support, and content patterns your editors can keep accessible after launch. We work primarily on WordPress, with platforms and ownership models that fit institutional procurement and long-term governance.
